We may use your information to provide you products and services, notify you of product issues, and to respond to your comments or questions. We also may use your information for our everyday business purposes such as security and payment processing.
RETURN POLICY
To Return or Exchange a Product
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact INAPT Denver via email, inaptdenver@gmail.com, with the subject title, “Item Return Request” or, “Item Exchange Request”. All returns must be sent back within 7 days of the packages arrival. Returned items must be in new condition with no wear or washing. All returns must include a copy of the original invoice, order number, and the requested action to refund or exchange.
To Return or Exchange a Damaged or Wrong Product
If the return is due to a damaged item, or a packing error on our part, the return shipping cost will be refunded to you. These refunds will be for USPS Priority Mail (standard air service) shipping only and will be for no more than the total shipping amount charged to the customer when the order was placed. Packages sent back using expedited shipping will not receive a full postage refund.
When sending an item back for a refund, we will provide the credit to your account in the method in which it was paid (Credit Card/ Paypal). These refunds will appear on your account within one week of our processing the returned package.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Although availability may be indicated on our site, we cannot guarantee product availability or immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If an unavailable product is purchased on our site, we send a notification via email and initiate a full refund within 48 hours of purchase.
SHIPPING
Domestic U.S. Shipping
INAPT Denver ships via USPS Priority Mail, typically with a flat rate envelope, within the US. Carriers and may change at any time.
Processing and Handling Notice: Please allow 3-5 business days on top of the USPS Priority Mail shipping time. Once your order is placed on our website, please allow for the order to be processed with a shipping label printed, prepared and packed, ready for shipping.
International shipping outside of the U.S. is not available at this time. We apologize for any inconveniences.
